The classic design reflects its glorious history, yet the latest Bike has been updated to include all the stowage possibilities for gear, helmet and tools. The Bikes still boast excellent ventilation with the Airstripes backsystem, as well as precise elements like the sunglasses shoulder-strap loop and side zippered pocked on the back side for a smartphone or map.

Airstripes System
A bike pack always has to sit secure and snug on your back – even on the roughest rides. Our unique Airstripes System takes care of that and offers effective ventilation. It consists of two contoured, air-channelled foam profiles that are covered with a highly breathable Wide AirMesh lining. The reduced contact surface results in an optimized fresh air circulation. Also, the pack’s load is kept close to the body and thus won’t throw the rider off balance.
THE RESULT: The minimal contact surface area of the profiled Airstripes allows free air circulation over 80 % of the riders back, while still providing a secure, compact fit even on rough rides.

We use this new version of our robust nylon fabric in 250 den and 330 den. The lightweight fabric is durable and has a 2.000 mm water column thanks to the PU coating.
Deuter Microrip Nylon
210 den Nylon fabric with strong ripstop threads and PU coating. This fine, lightweight and yet abrasion resistant nylon is optimal for lightweight backpack construction.
